Exceptional and outstanding

Prompt and professional service
My wife and I dealt with over 10 different agents on the Sunshine Coast and they tried to push their properties on us without listening to our specifications and requirements. I had to block several on my phone. Michele Jackson was the one who listened and understood the home we were looking for. Even though she was representing a seller, she balanced providing us with clear details and benefits of the home and location. Prepared to go that extra mile
First of all this was not our house we were selling, we were selling it on behalf of my cousin’s wife who lives in London. Second of all we had no idea what we were doing; the house needed lots of attention and we had no idea who would do that. Luckily Michele became our agent; she had our back all the way. Because of her extensive experience in that area she guided us first to a helpful solicitor and then to tradesmen and a stylist who were equally helpful and capable. By the time it was finished the house looked great. No wonder the house sold very quickly and for a price everyone, including the purchaser was happy with. I know the purchaser felt the same way as we did because I read their review of Michele’s work. She explains things thoroughly, is very knowledgeable and prepared to go that extra mile. Thoroughly recommend
Our first experience with Michele was in 2021 when we purchased the block of land. Michele guided our through the sale and was open and honest in providing information during the sale process. She was always available to talk with us and communicated with every step. Our second experience was with the sale of the land, having the knowledge of the area and the local market, and the relationship made our choice to use Michele very easy. Michele was in constant contact with us during the process right through until settlement. We have used a few agents in our lifetime, but we have never experienced an agent who, once the contract was signed, still kept in contact until right up until settlement. We would thoroughly recommend Michele services for selling a property.

Extremely happy
Michele was a dream to work with and successfully delivered the goods on our land purchase. We set Michele a task of finding a 600m2 block no less, needed to be flat, within a high sought after suburb and we had a set budget! Michele kept constant communication and was easy to communicate with. Michele worked very hard to find our land in a hot market, kept it within budget & nailed every request whilst staying highly professional!
